Ingredients: Organic Fenugreek Seed, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Fennel Seed, Organic Hibiscus, Organic Rooibos & Natural Berry Flavor.
Suggested use: Brew it Hot: Makes one cup: Boil water (8 oz per sachet). Place tea bag in cup. Pour boiled water over tea bag & cover. Steep 10 minutes. Reuse same sachet for 2nd & 3rd cup. Make it Iced: Makes up to one quart: Steep 4 saches in 16 oz of water. Wait 8 minutes. Top with room temperature water. Remove sachets. Store in fridge, serve over ice.
