Billing Terms & Conditions

If you purchase any products or services ("Products") through our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. By providing your payment information to our third party payment processor, you represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to provide such information and that you are legally authorized to initiate payments using such information.

 

Products

We do not represent, warrant, or guarantee that Product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Any returns, refunds, exchanges must be made in accordance with our Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated products sold through the services are final sale, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, unless the Product is damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us by e-mail at info@hh-bc.com.


Consultations and Classes Booking Policy

Our time is reserved exclusively for your care during your scheduled visit. If you are late for your visit, please keep in mind that your visit will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next patient and you will be charged for the whole visit. All appointments require a credit card guarantee against late cancellations and missed appointments.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for lactation consultations and one-on-one appointments, and a 5-day cancellation policy for classes. If you cancel less than the allotted time above or fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged a fee that represents the full cost of your scheduled appointment. All lactation consultations canceled less than 24-hours and all classes canceled less than 5 days from the scheduled appointment time will be billed at the full rate.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please your view appointment detail link in this email and cancel or reschedule. You may also do so by calling 650.347.6455. Cancellations left by voicemail or e-mail will not be accepted. If you qualify for a refund, email info@hh-bc.com to ensure it is processed. If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. It may take 7 to 10+ business days once the refund is initiated by Healthy Horizons before your refund is officially posted. Processing times vary by bank and payment method, all refunds are handled by a third party vendor.


Product Return & Refund Policy

Several types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, tea, refreshments, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses, or perishable goods. This includes, but is not limited to bra pads, bras, nursing tanks, breast pumps, nipple shields, breast pump attachments/spare parts, feeding tube devices, other feeding devices, supplements, tinctures, and food items. Additional non-returnable items include but are not limited to gift cards, sale items, downloadable software products, and health/personal care items. If any of the above non-returnable items arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we are happy to assist you.

Breast pump rentals and scale rentals are exempt from this policy, please view the Equipment Rental Terms. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an in-store credit or exchange. Approved returns are only eligible for an in-store credit or exchanges. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

To complete your in-store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery or in-store purchase.

To complete eligible an in-store credit or exchange please email us at info@hh-bc.com and request an RA# and mail the item to 1432 Burlingame Avenue, Burlingame, CA 94010. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Paid shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you are an organization, please contact services@hh-bc.com to initiate a return. Your order may have a return fee of 10% to 50% depending on the manufacturer's fees, and a different return shipping address. 

All returned items and canceled orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This must be done before the order ships or is picked up. This will be deducted from your refund. The amount of time it takes your payment processing provider to refund your account is variable.

 

Pricing

We strive for accurate pricing of the Products sold through the Services. However, occasional errors or mistakes may cause inaccurate prices to appear. We have the right to void any purchases that display an inaccurate price.
