The Legendairy Milk Inserts are specifically created to comfortably fit into both your Silicone Collection Cups and most 24mm traditional plastic breast shields.

The insert is soft and pliable. For an easier insertion into a hard plastic shield, try using a small amount of pumping spray or coconut oil.
