Healthy Horizons is celebrating their 31st year of supporting over 1 million families in over 120 cities across the US and Canada.

Sheila Dukas-Janakos, MPH, IBCLC, LE, RLC founded Healthy Horizons in 1991 supporting families with lactation support in their Burlingame and Menlo Park, California locations. Dismayed by the number of parents struggling with the decision to continue chest/breastfeeding when returning to work after the arrival of their children, Healthy Horizons Corporate Lactation Services division was founded with Sheila’s daughter, Cassi Janakos, to advise businesses in the design, creation and management of their lactation rooms.
