Your Guide to National Breastfeeding Month 2020!

August is National Breastfeeding Month! Healthy Horizons, The United States Breastfeeding Committee, and other organizations host campaigns to increase breastfeeding support, encourage breastfeeding, and to appreciate lactating parents. This year’s National Breastfeeding Month theme is Many Voices United. We must come together to identify and implement policies and changes to ensure that every family that chooses to breastfeed or chestfeed has the support and resources to succeed.

Healthy Horizons is your resource for all things breastfeeding at work and at home. We have put together some exciting events for you this year. They include special virtual events, weekly themed sales, and a Lactation Room Contest with fabulous prizes for both parents and their workplace lactation room!

This year's National Breastfeeding Month themes and Healthy Horizons events include:

Week 1: August 1-7 is World Breastfeeding Week, the theme is Support Breastfeeding for a Healthier Planet
